About the Role: We are in search of confident closers who have a proven ability to convert conversations into successful sales. Engage with warm leads to assist seniors in securing affordable coverage, providing them with peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from pre-qualified leads.
- Build trust to effectively close deals.
- Clearly explain coverage plans.
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve monthly targets to earn uncapped commissions.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a call center is required.
