Job Description
Experience: 2-4 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, BBA – Finance, or B.COM
Job Location: Wah
Salary Range: Competitive Salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage property and land transfer files.
- Verify ownership documents, allotment letters, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
- Draft and review transfer deeds and associated documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute property transfers.
- Maintain updated records of transfers and related payments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and real estate regulations.
- Assist in resolving issues related to documentation or ownership.
- Generate regular reports on transfer operations.
