Job Description
Crumble Pakistan is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Bahria Town (Phase 4), Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle all customer orders face-to-face.
- Communicate effectively with the call center for accurate order details.
- Collaborate with baking and delivery teams for timely orders.
- Provide top-notch customer experience.
Requirements:
- Intermediate education or higher.
- Experience in customer service or cashier role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Team player attitude.
Shift Timings: 9-hour rotating shifts:
- 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
