Job Description
At Crumble Pakistan, we are seeking an HR Training and Development Specialist who will be responsible for maximizing employee potential through effective training programs and HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct job role analysis and training needs assessments.
- Create and deliver role-specific training sessions at various branches.
- Support HR operations including recruitment and employee relations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, focus on Training & Development preferred.
- 8 months – 1.5 years experience in Training & Development or HR operations.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month. Employment Type: Full-time.
