Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Providing inquiries related to customers
- Handling customer complaints
- Serving as a Customer Services Sales Agent
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Fluent in English
Salary: Rs 37,00 including incentives up to 15k
Shift: Rotational shift for males (monthly rotation of morning, evening, and night); females will have morning shifts only. Work-from-home available post-probation.

Pay: Rs 37,00.00 – Rs 45,00.00 per month
