Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. The successful candidate will oversee customer interactions, resolve complaints efficiently, and keep clients informed about the latest products to boost sales.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in retail, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction. A related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
