Job Description
HR Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base. This role involves conducting market research and analysis, managing existing client relationships, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, and excellent communication skills.
Location: Back Office Solutions, Building No. 22, 3rd Floor, Theme Park Avenue, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rwp.
Timings: 8 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Up to Rs 80,00/- + Commission.
