Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound calls related to customer services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support for services.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions.
- Execute special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate. Experience: Fresher or 1 year in UK-based call centers.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 plus incentives up to Rs15,00. Monthly rotational shifts for males, morning shifts for females.
Location: Lahore. Full-time position with benefits including free medical insurance and work from home after probation (4 months).
