Job Description
Outreach is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team. In this role, you will provide exceptional IT support and customer service, ensuring quick resolution of support issues. Daily tasks include responding to service desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and assisting users with their IT needs.
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of Service Desk experience, excellent customer service skills, and a solid background in troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Linux systems. Familiarity with G-Suite, Zoom, and JAMF is a plus.
