Job Description
Kareemiya Tech & BPO is seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Lead for our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills (fluent in English) and have a minimum of 1 year of team lead experience in any call center environment. Candidates must be comfortable working the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM and be willing to perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD). We encourage females to apply.
