Job Description
A reputable telecom company is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Follow up for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain fault records for respective regions.
- Execute special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate; Freshers or 1 year in UK-based call centers.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 per month, plus incentives.
