Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English language skills, and a willingness to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Document customer information and feedback accurately.
- Meet sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience; excellent written and verbal English skills; willingness to work night shifts.
