Job Description
Pakmarketers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Pricing Estimator to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by accurately estimating costs for materials and labor.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate material costs and labor requirements
- Prepare detailed cost estimates
- Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare change orders and recommend value engineering
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 3-5 years of construction estimating experience.
