Job Description
KR Web Experts is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer care services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Customer Care Services.
- Responding to emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Handling inquiries via email and ensuring follow-up until completion.
This position offers evening and night shifts with flexibility to work from home. Preferred candidates from Islamabad and Rawalpindi with previous call center experience, strong communication skills, and computer proficiency.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
