Job Description
Sheikh Saleem Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting daily and monthly F&B costs with in-depth variance analysis.
- Tracking inventory movements with appropriate documentation.
- Managing recipes, inter-kitchen transfers, and employee food & beverage consumption.
- Verifying and correcting data entered by Materials Management.
- Preparing cost reports for management.
- Auditing operating procedures of the Materials Management Division.
- Traveling to various restaurants in Islamabad for analysis.
