Job Description

PayMedics is seeking a Patient Help Desk Officer to act as a vital link between our patients and the medical billing team. This role involves addressing patient inquiries, resolving billing issues, and ensuring a seamless patient experience with billing and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first contact for patient billing inquiries.
• Resolve questions related to medical bills and insurance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
