Job Description
Payactiv SDS-IT Islamabad is seeking an Activation Specialist to join our team. This full-time position involves managing client appointments, guiding them through activation processes, and ensuring data security compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients via phone, email, and Zoom.
- Assist clients during activation and address their inquiries.
- Manage multiple issues simultaneously and escalate unresolved ones.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Conduct gap analysis for assigned activations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in a sales/support role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in English; highly organized and self-motivated.
- Analytical and proficient with Microsoft Office.
