Job Description
VIVO ELECTRIC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to enhance employee skills and performance through effective training programs. The ideal candidate will assess training needs, develop training plans, and conduct online, offline, and hybrid sessions.
Responsibilities include conducting product knowledge sessions, managing training budgets, and evaluating program effectiveness. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in the mobile phone industry preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Studies; mobile phone industry experience preferred. Salary starts from Rs50,00.00 per month.
