Job Description:
- Manage and prepare orders through Shopify.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist with order inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with Courier Company to resolve delivery issues.
- Escalate complex cases as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computers and software applications.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify backend.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Patience in addressing inquiries.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
