Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager Debriefing to join our team at Trax Courier & Logistics. The successful candidate will ensure timely arrival of staff and maintain office decorum, starting each workday with Tilawat Quran.
Your responsibilities will include tracking all available shipments, balancing sheets, and ensuring timely processing of shipments according to instructions such as Intercept, Re-Attempt, or Return.
You will also verify undelivered shipments, conduct debriefing sessions with couriers, highlight false reasons for delays daily, and aim to reduce return ratios significantly.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month.
