Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team at OZ Career Gurus. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, managing calls and inquiries about IELTS and PTE courses, scheduling appointments, and maintaining student records.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask. A Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in customer service are preferred. This is a full-time position based in Kohistan Tower Saddar, Rawalpindi, offering a competitive salary starting from Rs35,00 per month.
