Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Patient Registration: Collect and record patient information accurately.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with departments.
- Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls and provide information about hospital services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update patient records confidentially.
- Billing and Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Customer Service: Address patient and visitor concerns effectively.
- Emergency Response: Follow protocols during emergencies to ensure safety.
