Job Description
Thrive360 is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive (Female) to join our team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The role involves managing the entire HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment cycle including onboarding.
- Oversee attendance and employee records.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- Administer HR policies and handle grievances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1 year experience in HR.
- Excellent communication skills.
