Job Description
Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is seeking a highly capable individual to manage and oversee sales operations at a national level. This key leadership role will drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence in the beauty sector.
Responsibilities include setting sales targets, expanding our distribution network across Pakistan, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales growth and business development skills, with 4-5 years of experience in the Cosmetic, FMCG, or Personal Care Products industries.
Qualifications: a Business Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related fields is preferred. Proven success in developing national sales strategies is essential.
