Job Description
MVT LLC is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, achieving individual and team targets. A good understanding of the education sector and the processes related to student placement in VET and universities, including immigration requirements, is essential.
The successful applicant will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or prior experience as an Education Counsellor. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills are required, with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Shift: Morning – Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs30,00.00 per month
