Job Description

CBA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will assist with:

• Recruitment Support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
• Employee Records: Maintaining and updating employee files.
• Policy Implementation: Supporting the HR team in enforcing company policies.
• Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing employee data.
• Training Coordination: Organizing training sessions and workshops.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs24,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
