Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls
- Provide online support regarding services
- Verify billing addresses
- Follow up on service faults
- Create/close Network Trouble Tickets
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Intermediate with 1 year experience preferred. Freshers welcome.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Shift: Rotational for males; morning shift for females. Location: Lahore.
