Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Your primary responsibilities will include daily coordination with customers, providing updates, and sending daily status reports via email. You will also play a key role in customer retention and obtaining repeat orders.
Additional responsibilities include supervising and training staff, supporting the sales and accounts departments, facilitating timely bill recovery, and conducting monthly account reconciliations. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
