Job Description

Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR Internee to assist our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage employee records and maintain the HR database, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinate employee benefits and insurance programs. You’ll conduct new hire orientations, support performance management, and process payroll while maintaining accurate records.

Your responsibilities also include managing employee time off requests, ensuring HR compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating employee events and recognition programs, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.

This is a full-time position.
