Job Description

Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution, a leading INBOUND Customer Service Provider with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are seeking dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably from US or UK campaigns. Our operations run 24/7, and we need individuals who can adapt to various shift timings.

Job Duties: Handle customer service inquiries through email, live chat, and phone. Manage new service inquiries and complaints, attend trainings, and collaborate with team members.

Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, neutral accent, strong typing speed, and ability to manage shifts.

Compensation: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 monthly plus bonuses and benefits.
