Job Description

WE ARE HIRING! Join our team as a Customer Support Executive for our inbound campaign focusing on Cable Internet and Home Phone services. This is an office-based job suitable for both male and female candidates.

Requirements include:

• Proficiency in English
• At least 6 months of experience in a USA-based call center
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
• Full-Time Position, with Saturdays and Sundays off

Salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month, with additional uncapped commission and daily cash spiffs.
