Job Description
The Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Representative to perform administrative duties and support our US-based clients. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing appointments, and corresponding with clients.
Responsibilities: Key tasks include cold calling, managing phone communications, writing emails, using CRM, file management, appointment setting, lead generation, social media management, and data organization for analysis.
Qualifications: Successful candidates will possess excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of marketing, strong organizational capabilities, familiarity with social media, and robust time management skills.
