Job Description
NowSoftware is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process. This includes attracting, selecting, interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers to ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities also involve developing and updating job descriptions, screening resumes, maintaining a CV database, and conducting interviews using reliable recruiting methods.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred (BBA/MBA in HR), with 2-4 years of mandatory experience in Technical Recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Location: Islamabad – Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
