Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new freight customers and partners. Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, brokers, and shippers.
Dispatch & Logistics Management: Assign and monitor driver schedules for timely deliveries. Resolve delivery issues and optimize route planning.
Customer Success & Retention: Build strong client relationships through excellent service. Address inquiries and manage customer expectations.
Requirements: Experience in sales and truck dispatching or logistics operations. Strong understanding of freight networks and industry regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
