Job Description

A leading Telecom Company is seeking a Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Phone line installation & troubleshooting
• Internet cable installation & troubleshooting
• TV Fiber cable installation & troubleshooting
• Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Age: Below 35
• Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year Diploma)
• Mandatory: Valid motorcycle license
