• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities in the region.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely payment recovery and manage credit policies.
• Mentor and train the sales team for high performance.

Qualifications: Electrical Engineering with MBA; 10-15 years of sales experience.
