Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults.
- Execute special tasks assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; 1 year of call center experience preferred.
Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00/month + incentives.
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
