Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist for our valued client at Logix Solutions. This role is based in Islamabad.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will handle customer queries via phone, provide accurate resolutions, and deliver exceptional customer service for a U.S.-based client.
Requirements: Intermediate education, excellent written and verbal English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Compensation: PKR 100,00 per month (75,00 basic + 25,00 incentive).
