Job Description
A leading telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Premium Customer Service Representative.
Position: Premium Customer Service Representative
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Experience: 1-2 years as a CSR in a call center (Required)
Age Limit: 18-35
Skills: Fluency in English is a must.
Job Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, verify billing information, provide online support, conduct sales leads activities, and collaborate with operations for fault resolutions.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month + up to Rs15,00 incentives.
Location: Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time, with rotational shifts.
