Job Description
Variant Architecture is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Building Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will coordinate repairs, manage relationships with residents, and ensure compliance with building regulations. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, responding to emergencies, and maintaining budget records.
