Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to enhance our call center team. The ideal candidate will monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards. Responsibilities include assessing calls and conducting coaching sessions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, prior customer service experience, knowledge of call center standards, and expertise in QA software. Strong communication skills are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month. Candidates should be able to commute to Rawalpindi or plan to relocate.
