Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to clients to gather feedback.
- Make follow-up and reminder calls to clients.
- Document and analyze client responses.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident and detail-oriented.
