Job Description
Lean Leaders Network is seeking a skilled Chat Support Representative for night shift operations. In this role, you will assist customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of service. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, possess good typing skills, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat promptly.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document interactions and manage follow-up requirements.
Requirements:
- Intermediate education or equivalent.
- English proficiency with a typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Available for night shifts from 5 PM to 5 AM.
Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Salary: 45,00 PKR plus bonuses based on performance.
