Duties:
- Manage support tickets and resolve client issues.
- Provide technical assistance for platform-related queries.
- Collaborate to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Upload and manage portal content.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree required, strong organizational and communication skills, passionate about pro-women economic initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
