Job Description
Shan Communications is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Verifiers to join our team!
As a Call Center Verification Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Verifying customer details.
- Closing deals with US customers.
- Offering products and explaining policies in detail.
We offer competitive pay ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, alongside basic plans, title plans, and bonuses. This is a full-time position based in Rawalpindi.
Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, middle school education, and excellent English communication skills.
