Job Description
FleetMax LLC is seeking a talented Fleet Operations & Dispatch Manager to join our Logistics/Trucking team. This is a direct hire position for a company operating semi trucks in the South East USA, utilizing flatbed and stepdeck trailers.
The role starts as remote, with availability required from 5 PM to 2 AM. Responsibilities include using TruckStop load boards, communicating with brokers, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting drivers with logistical support.
Requirements: strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel/GSheets, prior experience in dispatch/sales/finance, excellent organization, and familiarity with DAT or TruckStop load boards.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs75,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
