Job Description

As an IT Executive, you will handle support requests for Desktop, Networking, Printers, and Technical Services. Effective communication via email and phone is essential in a high-pressure environment. Collaboration with senior team members and being part of a dynamic team will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities: Manage 2nd line support tickets, configure client systems, provide technical resolutions for Enterprise solutions, and conduct routine maintenance.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
