Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Inbound Call System. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Fluency in English required
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs 45,00, with incentives up to Rs 15,00. Free medical insurance provided.
Shifts: Rotational for males, Morning shift for females. Work from home available after probation period.
