Job Description
Avicenna Enterprise Solutions is seeking an HR Officer to join our team at our Johar Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and administer benefits.
- Support employees with HR-related issues.
- Enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication and MS Excel skills.
Pay: Rs25,00 – Rs30,00/month, Full-time
