Job Description
BGMC Consultancy Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Sales Specialist to connect with and convert incoming leads for our professional development courses in Health and Safety and Business Process Excellence. This role is perfect for individuals with a consultative sales approach and a commitment to supporting others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads and provide course information.
- Assess needs and recommend courses.
- Build rapport and address candidate queries.
- Track interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of educational sales experience.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety certifications.
- Strong English communication skills.
Timings: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Location: PIA Road Near Wapda Town, Lahore
